My existing pool which was over 30 years old developed structural cracks in the existing gunite shell. After researching many options on a solution, and meeting with various pool construction experts I had two options, either remove the existing pool, or build a new pool within the existing pool shell. Land Design has proven indispensable during the design and construction of our home. We hired Mike to lead the design on everything outside the home. The decorative concrete driveways and porches, the tumbled wall entry, the custom metal gates, landscaping, plant selection, even the stone selection on the exterior of the house. Now we are currently working on the final plans for the swimming pool, pavilion, and outdoor living environment and again he has far exceeded our expectations.

Land Design did a great Hill Country design on our pool and surrounding landscaping. Mike sculpted the curve of the pool , spa, and water fall around the natural lay of the existing rock so everything looked like it naturally belonged there. We get compliments on it all the time!
