With respect to budgeting, he was creative in offering options of varying price points. The terrain surrounding our completed house posed some challenges, but he was up to them by using boulders and river rock. Plants will be added once our fence is in this spring. My existing pool which was over 30 years old developed structural cracks in the existing gunite shell. After researching many options on a solution, and meeting with various pool construction experts I had two options, either remove the existing pool, or build a new pool within the existing pool shell.
